As the owner of the www.TakeBackGovernment.com Web site, Take Back Government LLC offers the site as a means for users to make small contingent campaign contributions of $1.00 to Representatives and Senators conditional on the representative voting the way that the user wants them to vote.

By standardizing this "Contingent Campaign Contribution" at $1.00, and linking its forwarding to the representative to the representative's vote in Congress or the Senate on bills and other matters, TBG hopes to enable users to drive down the influence of special interests, big donors, political parties and partisanship, and instead increase the influence of the individual voter in the democratic process.

Terms

By clicking "I agree" below, the User of TakeBackGovernment.com agrees to register on the site as themselves, and only as themselves, using the address at which they are registered to vote. The User further affirms that they an American citizen, and are of voting age.

Users shall fund their account at TakeBackGovernment.com with a minimum of $25.00, which they may replenish from time to time. TBG will add a service charge of 10% when an account is funded. And the remainder of the funding shall be placed in an account from which the User can make their Contingent Campaign Contributions.

TBG will provide reports to the User on an interactive and monthly basis showing the User's Account Balance, as well as any Contingent Campaign Contributions that have been accrued or forwarded to candidates or representatives.

Unless otherwise requested by the User, TBG will provide to any representative or candidate to whom TBG forwards any Contingent Campaign Contributions a list of Users who have funded such Contingent Campaign Contributions.

Contingent Campaign Contributions will be transferred from the User's account to the representative or candidate's account on TakeBackGovernment.com only after a vote on the bill associated with that Contingent Campaign Contribution has taken place. If the representative voted on the bill consistent with the way that the User wanted them to vote (as expressed by the User in the "Pledges" table on TakeBackGovernment.com Web site) TBG will transfer the Contingent Campaign Contribution to the representative. If the representative votes in a manner contrary to the way that the User wanted them to vote, TBG will either leave the Contingent Campaign Contribution in the User's account, or will forward it to a competitive candidate, depending on the User's instructions.

TBG will forward Contingent Campaign Contributions to representatives and candidates monthly, providing that the Contingent Campaign Contributions for that representative or candidate total $50.00 or more. If the Contingent Campaign Contributions for a particular representative or candidate total less than $50.00 in a given month, TBG will accumulate that representative's or candidate's Contingent Campaign Contributions in their account until the end of the month during which their total exceeds $50.00, or 30 days before their next election day, whichever is sooner.

Users may close their account at any time, and receive a refund of any and all funds that have not been forwarded to a representative or candidate.
